I absolutely hated finger painting. It was impossible to make the colors look like they should be there. I wanted it to look pretty and presentable, and the colors I used looked bad together. I don’t like making abstract art because I like to have a set idea of what I’m painting, and know that I achieved the goal of making that painting. Whenever I paint I like to paint specific things or scenes, not just random lines and such.
